The Pensions Board Publishes DC Consultation Synopsis Paper

The Pensions Board published a synopsis of the main points made in submissions it received in response to its consultation paper on the future structure and regulation of defined contribution (DC) pensions. During the consultation period which ran from August to October 2013, the Board held public meetings in Dublin and Cork to discuss the matters raised in the consultation paper. Consultation on the future of DC schemes in Ireland

The Pensions Board has recently issued a consultation paper on the future of defined contribution schemes in Ireland. This is the first stage in a process to establish a framework over the next twenty years.  The consultation paper can be viewed here.  Once the findings have been published we will be publishing our view on the same.
